| 摘 要： | 基于对监狱存在价值的理解、人的终极价值的关怀以及对这个时代精神的领悟,我们认为监狱的一个重要理念便是保障罪犯人权。提出罪犯人权保障理念具有如下几方面的显著意义:有利于人们对监狱功能进行反思;有利于人们对罪犯进行正确的评价;有利于加深人们对罪犯人权本质与实现方式的理解;有利于为现代监狱制度建设提供理论依据。
