| 摘 要： | 在我国,检察机关是唯一行使公诉权的国家机关,公诉权的配置问题应当包含两个方面的内容：一是为了有效地履行公诉职能,立法上应当赋予检察机关哪些具体的职权;二是法律赋予检察机关的公诉职权如何在检察机关内部进行合理地分配和设置。
