| Abstract: | Criminal victims are actually hard to recover their right after suffering infringement because of various reasons,and often stand on their own feet without support.It is necessary to pay enough attention to the issues about criminal victims' legal aid,and commence building scientifically legal system from manifold aspects of aid such as the principle,corpus,object, organization,method,fund,procedure and the like. |
