| 摘 要： | 本文从管理的角度提出机械论的理论观点并详细分析了机械论在管理实践中的表现形式。随着时代的发展，笔者提出管理者应该坚持以人为本的管理思想并在管理实践中把这种以人为本的管理方式落到实处。
