| 摘 要： | 随着世界旅游业的飞速发展,旅游业发展中的犯罪问题等负面现象也随之产生,严重地影响了世界旅游业的可持续发展。其犯罪产生主要有社会的、思想意识形态的、文化的等因素,表现出犯罪目的明确、犯罪手段变化多端、犯罪区域和时间有一定规律性和犯罪主体及对象变化等特点。解决旅游业发展中的犯罪问题应制定与完善有关旅游法律制度;坚决打击其犯罪活动;加强旅游安全宣传,建立健全实施旅游安全管理等规章制度和安全防范等措施。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of worldwide tourism, the criminal problems in tourism have occurred frequently and made serous influence on the continued development of tourism. This kind of crime has its social, ideological, cultural causes. Its features are as follows: definite criminal aims, diversified criminal means, regular criminal regions and times, etc. To solve these problems, we should set up related tourist laws and regulations, strictly strike the criminals, enhance safety consciousness of tourists and perfect some related tourist safety preventive measures. |
