| Abstract: | The field of public administration in our country is carrying on the new change, among which the emergence of a large number of non-governmental nonprofit units appears to be an important embodiment of this change. The characteristic,definition,managerial system and legal status of the non-govermnental nonprofit units,as well as the set-up qualification,procedure,internal system of such units and a series of problems like supervision and management to non-governmental nonprofit units,have currently become the main issues to study and discuss. |
