公安高职高专人才培养模式浅论

公安高职高专教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分 ,对于为社会和公安机关培养合格人才具有十分重要的意义。但现行公安人才培养模式有许多缺陷 ,必须构建一种适应社会和公安工作需要的新的人才培养模式 :一是要明确公安高职高专教育的指导思想 ;二是要确立科学的人才培养目标 ;三是要构建一种新的课程体系 ;四是要建立新的教学运行机制

On of the Personnel Training Mode of Higher Professorship School and College Public Security of Our Country

Higher professorship school and college of public security teaching are the important component of higher education of our country, they have very important meanings to training qualified talents for the society and public security organ. But traditional personnel training modes of them have a lot of drawbacks, in order to meet the needs of society and public security men's work, a kind of new training mode must be structured: First, guidelines of the teaching should be defined; Second, scientific training objective should be established; Third, a kind of new course system should be structured; Fourth, the new educational mechanism should be constructed.
