| 摘 要： | 中国社会已进入了全面的转型时期,法学家的地位非常凸显。在此之际,法学家和研究要有所为,必须要更新观念和意识。文章强调在新时期必须强化七点意识:主体意识、个性意识、超越意识、批判意识、民众意识、绿色意识、发展意识。

| Abstract: | The full transition of the social form in China greets the approaching significant position of the jurists, who therein should contribute more in jurisprudential research and challenge to their transformation of both their concept and consciousness, of which the thesis emphasizes the following seven aspects of consciousness in: subjectivity, individuality, emulation, criticism, being common people, environmentality and globalization. |
