伴随着国家权威的建立,由国家赋予的法律和正规制度在农村已经确立了其地位。这是农村秩序与合法性的主要依据。但是,在农村的社会冲突中,法律和正规制度更容易成为强势人群的武器,并不能代表公正。处于社会弱者地位的农民往往得不到法律和正规制度的保护,他们在表达自己意愿的时候需要在社会公正与合法之间找到平衡点。“夹缝中的表达”既是他们的一种策略,也是他们的位置使然。

Expression in the Crevice

With the establishment of state authorities, laws and formal regulations endowed by the state have found place in the countryside, which contributes to rural order and legality. However, in the social conflicts of the countryside, laws and formal regulations are more likely to be used as weapons by powerful people so they don't always stand for justice. When not being protected by laws and regulations, the farmers need to find balance between them so as to express their will. Expression in the crevice is not only a strategy but a necessity due to their inferior place.
