摘    要:悬赏广告在我国有着悠久的历史,但我国法律至今仍未对其法律性质做出明确规定。立足于对悬赏广告的概念、构成要件等方面进行分析,进一步诠释悬赏广告,明确悬赏广告的法律性质,能更好地保护行为人的合法利益。

Abstract:The advertisement offering a reward in our country has had a long history, but there are still not explicit provision on its legal nature in our law. It is expected to analyze its concept and constructive requirements so as to give further explanation to its legal nature, which can finally provide better protection to the actor's legitimate interests.
