| 摘 要： | 司法不公背后职务犯罪是导致司法不公的重要原因之一。相对其它类型的职务犯罪,司法不公背后的职务犯罪呈现出特有的特点。从原因角度来说,司法不公背后职务犯罪案件的成因,相对一般职务犯罪而言,既有共性,又有个性。

| Abstract: | The job--related crimes behind miscarriage of justice is one of the important reasons caused judicial unfairness. Compared with other types of job-related crime, it shows its unique characteristic, whose forming reason has commonness as well as individuality. |
