| 摘 要： | 中国虽地大物博,但是却人口众多。怎样使土地利用效率达到最大,怎样使土地发挥出最佳的效益,是一个非常重要的问题。基于对该问题的考虑,本文分析了我国现阶段在农村土地承包经营权流转上的主要问题及原因,并且提出了改进我国农村土地承包经营权流转制度的具体建议。

| Abstract: | Although China has a vast land and a large population, how to make the maximum efticiency of land use, how to make the best out of the benefits of the land is a very important issue. Based on the consideration of the issue, this paper analyzes the main problems in the circulation of the right to land contractual management, and proposes suggestions of improving the right to land contractual management. |
