| 摘 要： | 作为负有特定职责的人,人民警察应当进行就职宣誓,并且应当规范地进行宣誓。本文从人民警察就职宣誓制度与职业神圣感和荣誉感,人民警察就职宣誓制度与尚法和敬业精神,人民警察就职宣誓制度与警察自律和群众监督,以及人民警察就职宣誓制度的内容等四个方面对这一制度作了法理分析。

| Abstract: | As assuming special duties, a police is to take an oath with a legal pledge. In this paper the author makes an analysis of the oath system of the people' s police from four aspects according to the legal principles: It is benefit to enhance the feeling of sacred duty and honorable reputation, the spirit of respecting for the work and the law, the self-control of the police and the people's supervision. The author also does some research on the content of the oath system. |
