新世纪我国领导人才素质研究

摘    要:当前,领导人才素质研究已经成为我国一个方兴未艾的课题。就现有研究而言,已经形成了多方面、很有意义的成果,但也存在着明显的不足。新世纪,适应社会经济环境变化的需要,我国领导人才素质的变革与发展将是前所未有的。新世纪我国领导人才素质的变革与发展可以概括为五个方面的基本特点:驾驭市场的能力增强,知识化要求越来越高,创新性才能作用凸现,战略性思维至关重要,人格魅力举足轻重。为进一步加强新世纪复杂的时代背景下的我国领导人才素质研究,需要构建一个全面的理论框架来加以指导。这一理论框架从总体上分为两大块:一是新世纪领导人才素质变革与发展研究,二是新世纪领导人才素质测评研究。

Abstract:The study on the quality of leader talent in China has just currently started to expand. In academic fields, we have had a lot of research articles, but the deficiencies of these researches are very eye-catching. In the new century, to adapt to the demands of social-economic change, the improvement and development of the quality of leader talent in our country will be unprecedented. The fundamental characteristics of the improvement and development of the quality of leader talent in our country. In the new century they can be generalized in five aspects; emphasizing ability to control market, higher demands for intellectualization, creativity and strategic thought, and accentuating magic power of personality. To intensify further the study on the quality of leader talent in our country in the new century, we should construct a theoretical framework to guide the research. This theoretical framework mainly includes two parts: one is the research on the improvement and development of the quality of leader talent in the new century, and the other is the research on the assessment of the quality of leader talent in the new century.
