| 摘 要： | 党校在学习型政党建设中的主渠道主阵地作用集中体现在“党性锻炼熔炉上”，党性锻炼熔炉是指依据党的宗旨、性质等党性元素，使党的干部在教育培训、交流碰撞、考察调研中提高党性素质的有利环境和学习氛围。党对党校寄予了厚望，但是目前党校距离“党性锻炼熔炉”标准还有较大的差距。党校要真正成为党性锻炼的熔炉必须实现党校在“软”、“硬”方面的全面创新。

| Abstract: | The party school play chief position in building learning party is embodied in the furnace of party spirit.Furnace of party spirit is according to aims and quality of the party,we should improve the party spirit quality of party cadres in educational training,investigation and research.The party places great hopes on the party school,but the school still has the bigger margin to the hopes.It must innovate in all-round in hardware and software. |
