| 摘 要： | 本文通过对物权这一民法理论体系中的首要权利在我国法律上的体现的分析 ,指出现行物权立法的有关缺陷。同时根据物权立法的社会化、价值化及国际化趋势 ,提出目前物权立法中的跟进重点以完善这一重要的权利制度。
