| 摘 要： | 津贴志愿者是指补贴志愿者或志愿者组织在志愿服务和提供公共服务(产品)过程中的必要成本,以维持其正常运转,并将这种补助作为承认其社会价值的一种方式的激励机制。津贴志愿者概念与志愿者概念在志愿服务精神上是一致的。这种机制的建立与推广,对我国志愿服务事业的发展将起到重要作用。

| Abstract: | "Subsidy volunteer" as an encouragement system means that the necessary cost in the process of providing volunteering service and public service(or product) is financially supported for volunteers or volunteering organizations in order to keep their normal management,and such a subsidy will be interpreted as a form of admitting their social value at the same time.Concept of subsidy volunteer is congruous with the concept of volunteer with regard to the spirit of volunteering service.Setting up and extending such a mechanism will be much helpful to the development of the enterprise of volunteering service in China. |
