On Claim for Compensation and the Construction Enterprise Protection under Contractual Condition of FIDIC

FIDIC is an important challenge for construction enterprises. In the process that China as well as Chinese construction businesses' entry into the WTO, it is unavoidable to accept internationalization and the same trend of the world. When applying FIDIC, we should notice the specific application of claim and anti-claim, and it's also with realistic and theoretical meanings to study construction enterprise protection under contractual conditions of FIDIC.
