| 摘 要： | 一、铁路体制改革后思想政治工作面临的新形势十六大以来,铁路系统一直在大力推进铁路基础性改革。在2006年初召开的全国铁路工作会议上,刘志军部长深刻分析了“十一五”期间铁路面临的新形势,系统提出了今后五年铁路跨越式发展要实现的目标。在机遇与挑战并存、机遇大于挑战的新形势下,全路所面临的新情况、新问题,对当前铁路思想政治工作提出了挑战。第一,信息多元化,铁路干部职工的思想活跃,给新形势下的思想政治工作增加了难度。铁路体制的改革更是开启了人们封闭的精神世界,人们的思想空前活跃且越来越复杂化、多元化。这种愿意接受新…
