当前社会治安存在问题的根源及对策

良好的社会治安环境是构建社会主义和谐社会的前提和基础，当前社会治安虽“整体平稳”，但依然存在“不少问题”。从治安问题的产生和治理角度看，社会治安存在问题的根源在于治安现象背后的经济、政治、文化等领域存在种种消极因素。根治社会治安存在问题的途径是：加快发展经济；积极完善社会政策；调和社会关系；加快政治体制改革；加强反腐方式研究，遏止蔓延势头；加强传统人文教育，构筑文化防御体系等。
