| Abstract: | The research of Chinese criminal policy is relatively simultaneous with the process of reform and opening.The research has made great achievements and the characteristics and problems are also outstanding.Summarizing the Chinese characteristics of the research of criminal policy and analyzing its forming reasons have a significant meaning in flourishing the research of Chinese criminal policy,guiding the practice of criminal policy scientifically and effectively promoting the construction of a socialist country ruled by law. |
