| 摘 要： | 少数民族地区生态系统丰富多样,但生态环境脆弱,自然资源破坏严重。唤醒少数民族的传统生态理念,加强民族地区的环境法制建设,利用民族区域自治的有利条件,突出地方特色,加快民族地区的生态变通、补充立法,是少数民族地区乃至全国生态系统良性循环的必要保障。

| Abstract: | The minority area has a variety of ecological systems but its ecological environment is fragile with much damage to the natural resources.The favorable development of the ecological system in the minority area as well as in China can only be guaranteed by enhancing the traditional ecological concept of the minority groups,strengthening the construction of the ecological legal system,making a good use of the minority autonomy and suiting the legislation to the local situations. |
