| 摘 要： | 信访,是人民群众向有关国家机关反映情况,提出建议和意见的形式,也是人民群众监督国家机关及其工作人员依法行使职权,保护自身合法权益的重要方式。公安信访工作是人民群众反映公安工作中存在问题的窗口,汇集了很多人民群众较为关心的话题和问题,对于这些问题的重视并赋予法律上的规范机制将有助于加强公安工作和提升公安队伍的战斗能力,提升人民群众对于公安工作的满意度,更好地应对新时期对于公安工作的需求,构建和谐的警民关系。
