| 摘 要： | 在劳动力工会化过程中有需求和供给两方，供需双方的平衡决定了工会会员在劳动力中的比例，本文拟用工会化供需模型来分析我国当前工会会员的构成和职工高入会率背后的问题，并和我国工会组织工作思路相对比，探索市场经济条件下工会化的规律。
