| 摘 要： | 增权是青少年工作的新思路和新策略。青少年增权模式是在原有共青团青少年工作的基础上研究青少年,把握青少年在个体和群体发展中的主体性地位的一种实践策略,其运用旨在提高青少年服务的水平,改进当前的工作方式与手段,促进青少年权利实现和能力提升。

| Abstract: | Empowerment is a new way of thinking and strategy for youth work.The Empowerment mode in the youth work is,on the basis of former youth work of Communist Youth League,a practical strategy for doing studies on youth and taking for granted the subject position of the youth in the individual and collective development.The application aims to improve the service of the youth and working method at present as to promote realization of youth rights and increase their capacities. |
