| 摘 要： | 司法鉴定机构的管理问题越来越成为司法鉴定制度中的一项重要内容。本文对比了改革前与改革后司法鉴定机构管理的状况,对我国司法鉴定机构管理制度提出了评价并且对改革与完善该项制度提出了设想。
