| 摘 要： | 近年来随着微量物证鉴定技术水平的提高,微量物证在各种案件的侦破过程中发挥出越来越重要的作用。树皮是在凶杀、盗窃、毁坏树木、交通事故案件中常见的一种微量物证。文章利用荧光光谱法、一阶导数荧光光谱法对常见树皮的浸提物进行了分析。结果表明,不同树种树皮浸提物的荧光光谱图呈现的峰数、峰位及峰形有一定的差异;一阶导数光谱图中正、负峰的峰数及振幅值的比值差异显著,从而确定了利用荧光光谱法鉴定树皮种类的依据。 |
