公安院校民警培训应当以需求为导向

公安院校民警培训改革应当以需求为导向,改变以往的培训方法,建立一种切合基层公安机关实际需要的培训模式。培训要以民警＂缺什么、补什么＂为原则,根据各部门的实际情况,区分层次、岗位、性别、年龄,科学制定标准,使训练内容贴近实战,凸显针对性,让民警真正学有所用,满足执勤执法的需要,不断提高公安队伍的战斗力。
