公安院校法学课程实践教学体系的构建

各公安高等院校为加强法学课程实践教学,采取了一系列的举措,构建校内与校外相结合的实践教学体系,但校内实践教学体系尚存在明显不足,其实践教学活动的开展不规范,实践教学内容零散,缺乏统一的组织与管理,需进一步完善。完善法学课程的校内实践教学体系,应成立实践教学专门机构,制定科学合理、内容丰富的实训大纲和实施方案,同时要加强对实践教学的监督管理和考核。

To Construct Practical Teaching System of Legal Courses in Police Colleges

To enhance the practical teaching of legal courses, police colleges have taken a series of initiatives to build practical teaching system both on and off the campus, but the practical teaching system on the campus is obviously inadequate with unregulated teaching activities, scattered content and inconsistent organization and management. To improve on-campus practical teaching of legal course, police colleges should establish specialized practical teaching agencies, construct scientific and informative training outline and procedures, and strengthen the supervision, management and assessment of the practical teaching.
