The Analysis of Psychological Motivation Status and Coping Strategies in Public Security Law Enforcement

Modern psychology research has shown that motivation, as the inner causes of human behavior, plays a unique role in individual behavior choice. Public security law enforcement is a matter of civil rights and maintaining order. Studying the behavior from the psychological motivation, especially by the deconstruction of law enforcement status, mechanism analysis of the motivation factors, has a practical significance to regulate this kind of behavior. With the motivation research as the breakthrough point, and by actively creating social, material and education condition, cultivating concept which meet the requirements of law enforcement, can we promote standardization of public security law enforcement.
