| 摘 要： | 任何发展都存在科学和价值两个基本维度。科学发展观的提出,体现了我们党对发展的科学维度与价值维度的辩证统一。当前,在贯彻科学发展观的过程中,必须牢牢把握科学维度和价值维度的辩证关系,防止在一种倾向掩盖下走向另一种倾向。
