| 摘 要： | 在商品房预售实践中,"一房二卖"现象屡见不鲜,严重损害了预购人的利益。预告登记正是为遏制"一房二卖"行为、确保预购人债权顺利实现而产生。本文从"一房二卖"纠纷展开,通过对其法律后果进行分析,进而展开对预告登记制度相关理论的分析与评价。
