关于改善民营经济外部发展环境的对策思考

改革开放以来我国民营经济得到迅速发展,并成为国民经济快速健康发展的重要推动力量。但是目前我国民营企业在市场准入、融资、税收和合法权益保护等外部发展环境上还存在诸多制约因素,因此应采取积极对策,扫除障碍,进一步促进民营经济快速、持续发展。

Consideration on the Countermeasure of Improving External Development Environment of Private Economy

Since the reform and opening-up in China,private economy has achieved rapid development,and has become the important impetus to the fast and sound development of national economy.However,there are still a great deal of restrictive factors for private enterprise in the external development environment such as market access,financing,taxation,legitimate protection of rights and interests,and etc.Therefore, some positive countermeasure should be adopted to clear the obstacles,and further promote the fast and sustainable development of private economy.
