法律视野下的农民工保护探析

欠薪、歧视、工作环境恶劣等发生在农民工身上的问题已经引起全社会的关注。但是，仅把农民工作为困难群体加以保护和关心是不够的，需要在制度上着手，进一步完善劳动立法；完善农民工社会保障体系和一体化管理体制；加大劳动保障监察执法力度，强化行政执法；建立全新的、适应时代要求的、城乡统一的户籍管理制度；强化工会组织的服务功能；消除歧视，创造平等融洽的社会氛围。

Analisis of Migrant Workers' Legal Protection

The issues on wages, discrimination and poor working environment occurred to the migrant workers has aroused the concern of the whole society. However, only care and protection is not enough, it is supposed to further improve the labour legislation; improve the social security system and the integrated management system; increase the intensity of the labor security supervision of law enforcement; strengthen the Law enforcement; establish a new unified urban and rural household registration management system which can meet the requirements of the times; strengthen the trade union organizations' service function of the elimination of discrimination, and finally create equal and harmonious social atmosphere.
