| 摘 要： | 我国行政法制监督制度存在一些缺陷，完善我国的行政监督制度应该贯彻依法监督原则、独立协调原则、科学高效原则、程序化原则、权利保障原则以及权责一致原则。通过发挥人民代表大会在行政法制监督体制中的主导作用，建立科学合理的一般行政监督，完善专门行政监督，实行司法独立，形成系统的社会法律监督体系等对策来加强对行政权的监督。
