生态系统论视域下的青少年社会适应问题研究

适应良好是天时、地利、人和的成功交流,而适应不良则是由于个人的需要和环境所提供的资源之间无法搭配和调和。调适是一个互惠的过程,它可导致有机体和环境之间的良好配合,或因配合不好而导致不良配合。思想政治教育工作应关注青少年及其生存环境的交互适应状况,从个人能力、心理调适和社会支持三个维度的整体上提高青少年的社会适应度。

Research on the Youth＇s Social Adjustment with the Theoretical View of Ecological System

Good adjustment is the communication based on proper time, favorable environment and harmonious inter-personal relationships.Bad adjustment is due to unsuccessful distribution and adjustment between personal demands and the resources provided by environment.Adjustment is a process with mutual benefit, which can cause good co-operations between subjects and environment, or the bad co-operation due to unsuccessful co-operation. Ideological and political education should be focused on the youth as well as the environment that they adjust to. We should generally improve the youth＇s social adjustment in the following aspects such as personal competence, psychological adjustment and social support.
