国家治理与人的全面发展关系初探

十八届三中全会提出的＂推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化＂引起了社会各界的热议。人的自由而全面的发展是未来社会的重要特征,它与国家治理之间有着密切的关系。由＂统治＂、＂管理＂再到＂国家治理＂演变的三个阶段,就是中国共产党人不断追求人的自由全面发展的过程;中国共产党人不断追求人的自由全面发展的过程,就是不断改善国家治理能力的过程。两者之间是相辅相成、相互促进的辩证统一关系。

Explorations on the Relationship between State-ruling and Men’s Overall Development

The issue,＂promoting modernization of state-ruling system and that of ruling competence＂put forward at the Third Session of the Eighteenth Plenary of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, has caused hot discussion all over the society. Man’s free and overall development is an important feature for the society in the future, which is closely related to state-ruling. The three stages,＂ruling＂,＂management＂, and＂state-ruling＂are the course during which the Chinese Communist Party has been trying hard to lead people to realize man’s free and overall development. During the course, we are working hard to perfect state-ruling competence. The two issues such as state-ruling and man’s overall development form a dialectical unity.
