改革开放逻辑起点刍议

邓小平第二次复出后,开始了对各行业的治理整顿工作,力求纠正之前＂左＂的错误。邓小平重视国内经济的恢复,提出＂以三项指示为纲＂、＂四个现代化＂等论断。在思想战线上,通过全面理解毛泽东思想,解放人们头脑的禁锢;为加快社会发展,强调对工业的改革,允许引进国外先进技术;在党的建设上提出＂安定团结＂的口号并进行了具体治理。联系文革结束后的改革实践,总能在邓小平领导的1975年治理整顿工作中找到影子。可以说,1975年的治理整顿工作是中国改革开放的逻辑起点。

Discussions on the Logic Beginning of Reform and Opening-up Policy

When Deng Xiaoping came back to power for the second time, he rectified various industries in China and tried to correct mistakes with ＂left deviation＂. Deng focused on the recovery of domestic economy. He put forward the concepts such as ＂taking three instructions as guiding principles＂and ＂the four modernizations＂, and so on. In ideological field, Deng, by understanding Mao Zedong＇s thoughts completely, managed to liberate people from traditional minds. In order to quicken social development, he emphasized industrial reformation and allowed to introduce advanced technologies from abroad. In the construction of the Chinese Communist Party, he put forward the slogan,＂keeping stability and united＂and, further more, conducted detailed rectifications. When studying the reform practice conducted after the Cultural Revolution, we can always find some clues in the rectification conducted by Deng Xiaoping in 1975. Therefore, the rectification conducted in 1975 should be regarded as the logic beginning of Reform and Opening-up policy in China.
