当代大学生公民权利意识存在的问题及对策

权利意识是我国青年一代成长成才必须具备的基本素养,也是影响国家和社会未来发展的重要因素。通过对广东省内部分高校大学生的公民权利意识的实证调查与分析发现,当前大学生的公民权利意识比较薄弱,主要体现为权利认知模糊和权利能力偏弱。应加大学校公民意识教育,营造社区公民文化氛围,健全公民权利行使机制,发挥家庭环境熏陶作用,加强和改进当前学校思想政治教育的实效性,以提升我国当代大学生的整体公民素质。

On the Problems and Countermeasures of Contemporary College Students＇ Consciousness on Civil Rights

The consciousness on rights is not only a necessary quality for the youth＇s development but also an important element influencing the development of a country and a society in the future. By conducting investigations and analysis on college students in some universities in Guangdong Province, we find that contemporary college students have weak consciousness on civil rights, which is mainly shown as unclear recognition on rights and weak competence of using the rights. In order to strengthen and improve the effect of ideological and political education on contemporary college students, we should focus on the following aspects such as strengthening education on civil consciousness in universities, building atmosphere of public culture in communities, perfecting mechanism for people to use their civil rights, making family environment play function in influencing the students, so as to improve college students＇ general qualities.
