突破难点 抓住特点 把握重点 卓有成效的开展先进性教育活动——云南警官学院开展保持共产党员先进性教育活动基本经验

云南警官学院作为云南省委确定的第二批保持共产党员先进性教育活动的试点单位,全过程、全内容、全员额地参加了第一批先进性教育活动。根据中央精神和上级部署,紧密结合高校实际,采取切实可行的有力措施,紧紧抓住解决好工学矛盾这一难点,突出高校这一特点,政治建警这一重点,具体做到了“八个坚持”,即:1、坚持把思相发动贯穿教育活动的始终;2、坚持把理论学习贯穿教育活动的始终;3、坚持把联系制度贯穿教育活动的始终;4、坚持把指导督促贯穿教育活动的始终;5、坚持把边教边改贯穿教育活动的始终;6、坚持把领导带头贯穿教育活动的始终;7、坚持把政治建警贯穿教育活动的始终;8、坚持把两个促进贯穿教育活动的始终。

Effectively Developing Advanced Characters Education by Breaking through Difficulties, Grasping Characteristics and Tackling Focal Points Experience of Maintaining the Communist Party''''s Advanced characters from Yunnan Police Officer Academy

Yunnan Police Officer Academy,as one of the pilot academies to implement maintaining Communist Party's characters appointed by Yunnan CPC Committee in the first round of education activities,has participated into activities in all the process,learning all the contents and involved all academy members.According to central government's spirit and superior level's deployment,combining the realities of Academy,adopting feasible and effective measures,solving the conflicts of work and study,giving prominence of high education and standing out the focal point of building police by politic,we have realized "Eight Persistence".They are: 1,Persist motivate thinking in education activities in the whole process;2.Persist impenetrate theory study in education activities from beginning to the end;3,Persist combining regulations/policies in education activities in the whole process;4,Persist run through guidance and supervision in education activities in the whole process;5,Persist the principle of education and improvement together in the whole process;6,Persist following leaders' leading in education activities in the whole process;7,Persist building police by politics in the whole process;8,Persist "Two Improvements" in education activities in the whole process.
