走新型城镇化道路:意义·问题·举措

我国城镇化过程中面临城镇化不彻底、集约化程度不高、规划布局不尽合理、矛盾比较突出、农村空心化等诸多问题。鉴于走新型城镇化道路具有挖掘内需潜力、促进人的全面发展、转变经济发展方式、解决经济社会发展中的矛盾、促进城乡协调发展等重要现实意义。因此,必须从统筹推进户籍制度改革、推进城镇化、工业化、农业现代化同步协调发展、深化土地管理制度改革、推进农民工市民化等五个方面去着力,坚持走新型城镇化道路。

The problem of urbanization is not complete; is not high on the degree of concentration; is not reasonable on the layout;is more prominent contradictions;is rural hollowing in the course of China＇s urbanization process. New road of urbanization can tap the potential of domestic demand, promoting people＇s all-round development, changing the mode of economic development, solving the economic and social development contradiction, promoting coordinated urban and rural development and other important realistic significance. Therefore, we must reform the household registration system;promote urbanization, industrialization, agricultural modernization coordinated development;deepen the reform of land management system;promote the citizenization of migrant workers from the planning to focus;improve our quality of urbanization.
