| 摘 要： | 新世纪新阶段,中国特色政党制度的建设和发展面临着新的形势和新的课题。适应形势发展的要求,回顾中国共产党与各民主党派和无党派人士团结合作的历程,研究中国共产党领导的多党合作和政治协商制度的功能和价值,探讨多党合作理论和实践中的热点、重点和难点问题,有利于推进和深化中国特色政党制度理论研究,不断推进多党合作事业的发展。
