| 摘 要： | 以胡锦涛同志为总书记的党中央明确提出,要促进阶层关系和谐,必须统筹协调社会各阶层的利益,形成各尽其能、各得其所而又和谐相处的局面。从社会主义和谐社会的六个基本特征出发,可以深入挖掘促进阶层关系和谐思想的丰富内涵,把它概括为政治诉求表达和谐、利益协调机制和谐、思想道德基础和谐、动力平衡机制和谐、管理体制创新和谐、生态文明基础和谐。
