| Abstract: | The notion of scientific development the theory weapon guiding to youth's development, and the internal demands of the growth of youth.To establish andfulfill the notion of scientific development,we must strengthen the youth education, estend the meaning of the moral education for youth, cultivate youth's spirit and abiity of innovation, and guide them to set up the value orientation according with the notion of scientific development. We should also stick to the philosophy of humanistic and propel the reform and innovation of our youth work. |
