| 摘 要： | 侦查价值标准是指衡量侦查价值的准则,可能对有关侦查立法、实践、研究等行为产生影响的非法律因素。在侦查的内外价值理论的基础上,此篇文章提出侦查内外价值标准概念并将其分为最低价值和最高价值。通过对标准具体内容的阐述,将侦查价值标准直观呈现,最终达到促进侦查朝着良好的方向发展。

| Abstract: | The criteria of investigative value are used as a standard to measure investigation value,including many non-legal factors which may affect correlative investigative legislations,practices and researches,etc.On the base of investigative internal and external values,this article refers the concept,divides it into minimum value and maximum value.Through the specific discussion,the criteria of investigative value are presented directly,and have developed towards a good direction. |
