| 摘 要： | 危害行为作为我国犯罪论体系上的重要范畴，同许多相关的范畴是密切联系的。任何事物都是同其他事物密切联系的，通过与其他相关事物的比较分析可以更好的明确一事物特有的内涵与外延。试图通过在与其他范畴的关联的意义上探讨危害行为的相关问题，是本文所追求的着力点。
