| 摘 要： | 创业企业具有生命周期,根据企业生命周期理论,在高校创业园内开展的创业周期可以划分为孕育、创办、运营三个阶段.该文通过分析不同阶段具有的特征和决定成败的关键因素,提出了在孕育阶段要构建多元创业教育体系,在创办阶段要协助筹建创业项目,在运营阶段要全程参与咨询指导,使高校创业园真正成为大学生创业者和创业企业的孵化器与诞生地.

| Abstract: | The pioneering enterprises have their own life cycles. Based on the enterprise life cycle theory, the pioneering cycle for an enterprise in the campus pioneer park can be classified into three phases： incubation period, creation period, and operation period. The author analyzes the characteristics and decisive factors of the three different phases and puts forward proposals for campus pioneer parks to play an active role as the incubator and birthplace for the graduate entrepreneurs and pioneering enterprises. |
