简论日本的中亚战略及其对中国的影响

日本—中亚关系于2004年开始取得积极的进展,以"中亚 日本"对话机制的确立为标志,表明日本的中亚战略开始形成。日本在不同历史阶段发展与中亚关系是有着不同的原因的。由于有着良好的基础等原因,日本—中亚关系将会较顺利地发展。日本介入中亚事务,会在一定程度上给中国造成一些负面影响,中国需积极应对,但不能简单地把日本的中亚战略看作是遏制中国的战略。

On Japan''''s Central Asian Strategy and Its Influence on China

Since 2004, the Japan-Central Asia relationship has developed quickly; and with the establishment of "Central Asia Plus Japan" Dialog as a sign, Japan's Central Asian strategy has taken its initial shape. In different historical periods, the reasons for Japan to develop its relations with Central Asia are different. Owing to its good basis and some other reasons, the Japan-Central Asia relationship may develop quite smoothly in the future. Japan's involvement in Central Asian affairs may bring some disadvantageous influences on China, so China has to reply to it actively, but China should not simply see Japan's Central Asian strategy as a strategy to contain China.
