| 摘 要： | 法律是防止无序的重要手段,所以秩序成为法的基本价值,但法的价值决不止于此。和谐社会视野下如何从简单的法律工具论的桎梏中摆脱出来,根本的途径就是提升对法的价值的理解,实现法的不同层次价值的互助统一关系。
