| Abstract: | We will improve working system of inner-party democracy with an emphasis on upholding and perfecting the Party＇ s Democratic Centralism, promote operative mechanism of inner-party democracy focusing on reforming the Party congress system, further develop inner-party with the basis of guaranteeing the Party Member＇ s democratic fights and ensure inner-party development taking the enhancement Of systematic construction as the carrier. |
